"I’ll start this review by stating I’m 50 years old I have one disk that’s basically gone and two herniated disks in my lower back. Too much fun in my youth I suppose.
I will typically put it on at the end of the day inflate it turn the heat on high for 30 minutes and relax keep your spine very straight and it does relieve enough pressure to allow that lowest disc to just relax and exchange a little bit of that inflamed fluid that builds up in there each day. I also use it for driving long-distances. It’s been very helpful to me hopefully it does the same for you.
This is not a miracle cure but this is actually a back brace that does bring me some relief which is more than I can say all the other ones that I’ve used to date because it does create a small amount of traction with the inflation of the belt."

How Does It Work?

How long can I wear it?
Your body will not be healed of all pain right away, so its better to use the belt for a little while. It is recommended to follow instructions to adjust the belt to a comfortable position. Once the desired pressured is identified , it is recommended to use the belt daily for minimum of 30 minutes a day. Stop wearing it as soon as it becomes uncomfortable; take a break and wear it again. We recommend not wearing it to sleep. Most of our customers achieve great success wearing it 2-4 hours at a time.
