"I’ll start this review by stating I’m 50 years old I have one disk that’s basically gone and two herniated disks in my lower back. Too much fun in my youth I suppose.
I will typically put it on at the end of the day inflate it turn the heat on high for 30 minutes and relax keep your spine very straight and it does relieve enough pressure to allow that lowest disc to just relax and exchange a little bit of that inflamed fluid that builds up in there each day. I also use it for driving long-distances. It’s been very helpful to me hopefully it does the same for you.

How long can I wear it?
